Introduction of teacher dispatch program

It is to provide professional English teacher dispatch services for schools or

institutions that lack of English teachers.

It is dadi-coach that provides English speaking teachers and resources, APPs  to cooperative schools and institutions, and helps them to create American English features according to the actual situation and needs.

The dispatched English teachers use high-quality apps such as ABmouse and ReadingIQ, and scientific models to help schools create American English features and achieve a win-win cooperation

Mode of operation:

● Dadi first found dadi-coach, cooperated with him, and trained him on how to operate the agency dispatching program;

● Dadi provides courses, Know-how and resources to support dadi-coach in developing and finding customers;

● Dadi-coach directly trains partner institutions to conduct ABCmouse courses;

● Between Dadi and dadi-coach, dadi-coach and cooperative agencies are profit sharing, basically 50%:50%。

Service Support:

● Provide APP account and all related supporting resources according to the selected mode.

● Teachers from cooperative institutions serve as ABCmouse teachers, who mainly face and communicate with parents. The Clark Center staff tutors at a distance.

● Oral language teachers are recruited, managed and dispatched to cooperative learning by dadi-coach. They only face children and have the opportunity to communicate face-to-face with children. They guide children to interact in oral language through offline activities, and use and output the English they have learned. 

Parents will be met during competition activities.

● Online & offline activities are planned and provided by the Clark Center, and will be operated in a systematic and large-scale manner. Schools only need to cooperate with or participate in the activities.

● For parent service, the Clark Center will provide resources, and the school administrators and oral interaction teachers will implement it, and it will also be a systematic and large-scale operation.
