I. Preface

B. 80% of learning time spent on ABCmouse, 20% of learning time spent on ReadingIQ and Adventure Academy.
C. The certificate of online Dadi Coaching Model for teacher is about RMB300.
2. Arrangements of online Dadi Coaching Model
A. Twice a week, 30 minutes each time, 10 children each group, using We chat for online tutoring.
B. Details for the 30 minutes learning:
a) Monitor the home activities and total learning time , make encouragement to children.
b) Oral communication practice
b) 40 activities , and encourage parents to use ABCmouse . Assign homework for the next 2-3 days
C. Provide web files and learning guidance, arrange online and offline activities
The online Dadi Coaching Model have two parts:
A. Oral communication practice;
B. Assignment of online activities, teachers’ monitoring and commenting .
About oral communication practice:
A. twice a week
B. 20 weeks for one period
C. 40 times of oral communication practice in each period.
About 3 times of reminding, monitoring and commenting in a week:
A. Assign 3 times of tasks per week (usually on days that do not have oral communication practice);
B. The teacher will monitor the progress of the children on teaching system and remind them;
C. The teacher encourages children to post learning videos in the group, and the teacher makes comments.
D. Each period is 20 weeks, total of 60 times.
3. The pricing
A. Online Dadi Coaching Model, at least RMB1,580 per period, six months (including account charge)
B. For those who already have an account, the fee is RMB400-700, and the tutoring fee is at least RMB400.
C. If there are 7 studetns, each pays for RMB400, then 7* 400/24 *2 = RMB58 (half an hour each time). In addition, the teacher needs additional half an hour of preparation , and 58*8*22= RMB10,208
4. Source of students
A. Students from preschools of non-using ABCmouse
B. Fresh graduates
5. For public relation customers, encourage their children to join in online Dadi Coaching Model after offering the account number.
A. Offering the experiencing account for free first, and then give the personal account for free only to those who get 300 tickets on ABCmouse.
B. After having a personal account, hope 50% of the users will join in online Dadi Coaching Model, and we get RMB780 payment.
6. Dadi preschools has about 100,000 students who do not use ABCmouse currently. It is hoped that 30% of them will use ABCmouse - that is 30,000 students. Each teacher has about 20 students, so 1500 teachers are needed.
A. If it is preschools promotion which means the principal runs the marketing, the charge will be RMB1380, including RMB500 for the teacher, RMB400 for the preschools, and RMB380 for the account charge.
B. The preschools promotion can be ran through conferences.
C. If only 20% of parents participate in online Dadi Coaching Model, it is better to use ABC classroom charged with RMB13,800 and hold interest classes in preschools, instead of online Dadi Coaching Model.
D. For global students learning, the six-month fee for Dadi Parenting Club is RMB4,980 , Liti Parenting Workshop is RMB3,480 and online Dadi Coaching Model fee is RMB1,380.
7.Children from other preschools can also be the source of students.
8.The English learning effectiveness of Hainan Girls' School mainly comes the online We chat Dadi Coaching Model.
9.There will be an advertising website similar to Vipkid, for raising new students and new teachers, along with a teaching performance evaluation.
10. It has low cost but with good effect. The key it to know the principle and direction.
A. In the early stage, we need to focus on students' APP usage, through encouraging policies to foster their learning habit, make sure they grasp learning methods, and raise time spending on ABCmouse . If all above are achieved, the learning effectiveness will be improved.
