【Key Responsibilities】：

1) Execute the resolutions of the Chairman.

2) Preside over the daily business.

3) Sign contracts or handle business with external parties after being authorized by Chairman.

4) Appointment and dismissal of managers.

5) Regularly report to Chairman about the business situation and submit the annual report.

6)Understand the business direction and formulate development plans and strategies.

7)Responsible for the research, determination and improvement of the business model.

8)Responsible for employee recruitment, overall business development and management.

【Requirements】：

1）Age 30-40 years old; male or female;

2）Preferably major in Education, Psychology or Business Administration；

3）Should be capable, ambitious and responsible；
