【Responsibilities】:
1. Responsible for employee entry and exit procedures;
2. New employee induction training and corporate culture training;
3. Collection and storage of labor contracts and employee files;
4. According to the local labor law, responsible for the payment of social insurance for employees;
5. Labor relationship management, handling various labor disagreements and arguments;
6. Responsible for employee performance management, formulate performance appraisal plans, and promote employee performance appraisal matters;
【Job Requirements】:
1.2-3 years working experience in human resources, familiar with performance management module;
2. Familiar with the process of handling personnel related matters;
3. Make good use of office tools and form formulation;
4. Understand local labor laws and various laws and regulations;
N-AL-05: Administrative Clerk
【Responsibilities】:
1. Employee attendance management;
2. Drafting and issuing various notices of the office;
3. Responsible for office environment and seating planning, office leasing and payment of water and electricity fees;
4. Attainment and distribution of various office daily necessities;
5. Distribution of employee benefits and organization of employee activities.
【Job Requirements 】:
1.2-3 years working experience in administration;
2. Proficiency in the use of various office software and form formulation;
3. Good personality, easy to communicate;
4. Can adapt to night shift, working hours from 22:00-08:00;
D-AL-06: Recruitment Specialist
【Responsibilities】:
1. According to the business and employment needs of various departments of the company, formulate recruitment plans;
2. Find suitable candidates to apply through various recruitment channels;
3. Cooperate with the heads of various departments to interview and screen personnel, and give interview suggestions.
【Job Requirements】:
1.3-5 years experience in manpower recruitment;
2. Familiar with various online and offline recruitment channels and recruitment skills;
3. Able to independently formulate recruitment plans based on the recruitment needs of various departments;
4. Have a professional degree in human resources, and a major in psychology is preferred.
D-AL-07: Legal Specialist
【Responsibilities】:
1. Responsible for company establishment, change, legal case management, legal document processing and file management;
2. Assist in the review of rules and regulations and various contracts, draft project standard contract texts, and solve legal problems arising in the performance of contracts;
3. Responsible for drafting relevant legal documents and responsible for legal related training;
4. Handle communication with friends, cooperative law firms, and local government authorities, track and interpret overseas industry policy and legal trends;
5. Responsible for the company's risk prevention and control and compliance management;
6. Assist relevant departments with legal support;
7. Complete other assigned tasks.
【Job Requirements】:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably holding a legal professional qualification certificate;
2. Law-related majors, familiar with corporate law, contract law, intellectual property rights and other related corporate legal affairs;
3. More than 2-3 years of corporate legal or related work experience, proficient in office software operation;
4. Those who have a certain understanding of the operation of the Philippine government are preferred;
5. Patience, work enthusiasm, good sense of teamwork and logical thinking ability;
6. Have independent problem-solving ability and good communication skills and skills;
