【Responsibilities】:

1. Installation, debugging, operation and maintenance of company firewalls, switches, and wireless devices;

2. Troubleshooting and operation and maintenance of application servers (such as AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP, FileShare );

3. Installation and debugging of telephone program-controlled switches;

4 .Installation and debugging of peripherals (such as monitoring, printers);

5. Troubleshooting and daily maintenance of various software and hardware related to office computers;

6. Other IT-related work;

【Job Requirements】:

1. Computer or IT-related majors, college degree or above, more than 5 years of network operation and maintenance work experience.

2. Familiar with Cisco , Huawei and other firewalls, switches, and wireless equipment debugging;

3. Familiar with windows server system, familiar with AD, DNS, DHCP and other network services;

4. Familiar with desktop system operation and maintenance, maintenance experience of more than 300 clients;

5. Have good communication and collaboration skills, good service awareness;

N-AL-07：IT Support Engineer

【Responsibilities】:

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the internal LAN;

2. Office computer software and hardware maintenance;

3. Maintenance of office equipment such as telephones, printers, and monitors;

4. Computer virus protection and killing to maintain network security;

【Job Requirements】:

1. Computer or IT related majors, technical secondary school or above, more than 2 years of network operation and maintenance work experience;

2. Familiar with the judgment and handling of simple network faults;

3. Familiar with computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting;

4. Understand the application of AD in enterprises;

5. Good communication and collaboration skills, with a good sense of service;

6. Can adapt to night shift, working hours from 22:00-08:00.

D-AL-11：Software Implementation Specialist

【Responsibilities】:

1. Responsible for Clark personnel application software platform (such as: enterprise WeChat, CRM, training system, performance evaluation system, purchase, sales and storage system, financial system, etc.) account authorization management plan;

2. Responsible for employee account creation and authority management;

the use training and technical support of the company's employees and Dadi -coach's application systems;

4. Collect user opinions and suggestions, and put forward suggestions for improving system functions;

【Job Requirements】:

1. Graduated from major in computer application, information management or e-commerce;
