【Responsibilities】:

1.Need to lead and manage a sourcing Officer team;

2.In charge of the recruitment of regional dadi-coach (mainly Asian countries);

3.Formulate dadi-coach recruitment target plan;

4.Analyze and integrate effective dadi-coach recruitment channels and methods;

5.Integrate and analyze the business development of dadi-coach, discover problems in time, and adjust the strategies;

6.Monitor the quantity and quality of dadi-coach business;

【Job Requirements】:

1.Have management experience and be good at leading the team to achieve business goals;

2.Familiar with network resources and tools, such as FB, IG, Twitter, etc.;

3.Good at writing recruitment and promotion writings;

4.Strong communication and adaptability, with a sense of responsibility;

5.Have own ideas and insights, good at thinking and solving problems;

6.Age 30-40 years old; male or female;

7.Experience in market development and development is preferred;

8.Working hours from 10AM-8PM (3 days working at home + 2 days working in the Office);

3.Cheerful and friendly, with strong communication and adaptability, and a sense of responsibility;
