I. How to become the top brand of Child-English Learning (2~8 year-old children)

1. Number of students * APP usage time in market * Reputation = Brand

2. Students’ weekly practising English time, level of interest, Background information and application

3. English Brand Publicity: External display is Dadi; Displayed on the classroom is Dadi ABCmouse.

II. Main types

1. Three types of students in Preschool: Rhythmic Students (spend 100 minutes/week to learn English), Recitative Students (spend 300 minutes/week to learn English), Global-Oriented Students(spend 600 minutes/week to learn English).

2. Dadi Education Center: Use holiday and evening venues of Preschool.

3. Community Learning Center: It’s a training center venue of 20~200㎡, and its service objects are as following:

1) Students of the community learning center;

2) Online Guided-Learning: We-chat twice/week, 10 students/half an hour/time

3) Teacher Dispatching: To Preschools, training institutions, parenting classes, nursery and preschool education. It can be carried on in the whole Preschool or After-School program.

4. ABC School: ￥16,800/year per Preschool

5. Kindergarten Cooperation: Long term teacher account for free, but the income of after-school program will be shared.
