Clark’s Business Classification

Objective: Dadi Online Coaching Model around the world

I. Dadi-coach

A. English business

1. The number of countries in the world (about 120 countries including Asia, Africa, Central and South America, etc.)

2. Carry out business as follows:

image.png Community Learning Center (20-200 square meters),

image.png Teacher dispatching  (preschool, training institution, day care& tutoring centers, childcare early education)

image.png Dadi Online Coaching Model  (1-10 people per class),

image.png Curriculum consultant (public primary school, public kindergarten, English training institution). All students’ learning records are stored in the CRM system.

a. Establish cooperation with the Catholic Church, where Filipinos serve as Dadi-Coaches around the world. The Catholic Church and Dadi will each contribute 50% of the funds. Partnerships with educational foundations are also possible.

b. Dadi-Coach may raise funds from volunteers (e.g., retired preschool and elementary school teachers), semi-volunteers, business-oriented partners, and sponsorships.

c. Cover the Chinese market, especially the Dadi-Coach business (such as ABCmouse parent communities).

3. Start from cities of level 5-7 in each country, with Japan having 2000 dadi-coaches instead of 1000.

4. Develop B2B2C business across all learning apps; some countries may also implement B2C models.

5. Consider AI phone advertising (calling 800–1,500 people per day) so that selected candidates can be transferred to human follow-up. It is estimated that this method will significantly reduce costs while producing 2.5 times the output of manual calls.

B. Chinese teaching for children: start in June, 2023

Age of Learning will release the Chinese version of ABCmouse by March 2023, enabling children aged 2–8 to learn Chinese listening and speaking.

1. Dispatch Dadi preschool teachers to teach Chinese in different countries (listening and speaking only, not reading or writing, using ABCmouse Chinese version). This is similar to short-term travel without a work visa (C level), staying 3 months in each country.

2. Online teaching is also available—similar to Hitutor—with oral practice provided from Zhuhai, China to other parts of the world.

3. Chinese teachers may come from Dadi preschools in China or be local individuals; having a Chinese accent is not an issue.

4. The system is the same as the Dadi-Coach model in English, but students may find their own Chinese teacher, or Zhuhai staff may invite Dadi teachers to take part-time roles.

5. ABCmouse’s Spanish version may also be used. Is it possible to find Spanish-speaking teachers in Manila? (They might be found in the Zamboanga area.)

6. About 80% of Dadi-Coaches may use only the ABCmouse English version; the Chinese and Spanish versions account for 17%, and users of all three versions account for 17%.

C. Public Welfare (Sponsoring Countryside Students): starting January 2024

1. Find sponsors from all countries, including local chambers of commerce, local associations, magazines, and celebrities from all walks of life. Include descriptions of hometowns, villages, and towns with populations of 30,000–300,000. Additionally, business ambassadors are needed.
