- 20 means 20 people who are 22–30 years old, graduated from prestigious schools (Bachelor, Master, Ph.D. in the top 15 universities in the Philippines), majoring in education, business management (especially graduates from normal universities); engaged in various research and development work

4. 30+ website propaganda staff: try to combine Chinese and English web pages (including advertising staff) to open 4–7 company accounts on Twitter
