Looking For Online ESL Teacher

Job Overview:

This position primarily involves delivering interactive online English-speaking lessons to Dadi's students through remote teaching. The class formats include 1v30 (one classroom), 1v1, 1v2, and 1v4.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Participate in teaching team research activities to optimize online teaching methods and processes.,

2.Prepare and organize lesson plans for each session.

3.Conduct online English lessons using interactive tools and engaging teaching techniques, ensuring alignment with the course syllabus.

4.Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and active learning.

5.Assess student performance and provide constructive learning feedback.

6.Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and continuously improve teaching methods to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:

1.At least 1 year of experience in online English teaching, preferably in early childhood education.

2.Strong and clear communication skills, with clear pronunciation, a pleasant voice, natural intonation, and a neutral accent.

3.Professional appearance and friendly demeanor, suitable for an educational environment.

4.A degree in English-related fields or TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred.
