Looking For Social Media Specialist

Job Overview:

We are recruiting a Social Media Specialist responsible for managing and operating the company’s social media platforms across Southeast Asia. This role involves planning and executing content strategies to attract traffic, increase brand awareness, and promote business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong social media management skills and the ability to engage  target audiences effectively through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line, and others to boost both visibility and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee content planning, daily updates, and overall operation of the company’s social media accounts in Southeast Asia (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line).

2. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to expand the target audiences, drive business growth, and enhance brand exposure.

3. Analyze data and audience feedback from social media platforms, using insights to optimize strategies and improve user engagement.

4. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure content aligns with the company’s overall strategy and brand positioning.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, with familiarity across major Southeast Asian platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line).

3. Strong content creation and copy writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and audience-focused content.

4. Proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to optimize strategies and increase traffic and engagement.

5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and execution skills, with the ability to actively contribute to the team and ensure the smooth project delivery.
