Job Overview:
This position is responsible for leading the company's business development in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the education industry, particularly English education, kindergarten franchising, and operations. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to drive partnerships, foster collaborations, and support market expansion, in line with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the company's business development efforts in Southeast Asian market, including market research, partnership negotiations, and resource integration.
2. Develop and maintain partnerships in the education sector, with a focus on expanding English education and kindergarten franchising projects.
3. Conduct business negotiations with potential clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Create and implement business development plans, monitor market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the headquarters and local teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and support business growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Education Management, International Trade, or related field (preferred).
2. At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales management; experience in the education sector is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage complex partnership discussions.
4. Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop effective strategies.
5. Proficiency in English, with a strong understanding of Southeast Asian market culture and business practices.
